This is an abstract piece, shot on 16mm colour film, and transferred with an early-80’s telecine, that lags a little with the colour channels. I think it’s quite obvious what it actually is, but visually interesting nonetheless. A part of the journey. David Parfit made the soundtrack. I’d love to say that this piece has some meaning, like it’s “an exploration of identity” or something…but really, I was just feeling the urge to fingerpaint. It was done with cheap oil paints in a few minutes, but took a couple months in my damp workshop to dry. For the sound, I just made wookie noises into my laptop and mixed them up a bit.
