super 8 B&W GrassJust completed a short film on Super 8 – hand processed Black and White – this past week, and submitted it for consideration for CineVic’s Infin8 Film Screening in August.

I’ve been calling it an “exercise,” and not a film, because it was a learning process, and an exercise in using only film, and no fancy digital tricks. I’m pleasantly surprised with the outcome.

  1. hey there.
im a visual arts student at the university of victoria, british columbia and i am going to be working with 16mm. i was wondering if you might be able to shoot me some insight on developing (positive/negatives etc.) and also the best treatments directly on the film and when you used them for what effect. your work looks amazing and i would love an e-mail back with your knowledge.
